What the Body Really Needs to Heal
There are things we can do physically to assist with health and wellbeing, but for chronic illness these are often not effective or sustained.
To allow true resolution of disease, we must come into a higher frequency than where the illness exists. To do this, we must bring PRESENCE to the spaces and places where we carry pain, fear, inadequacy, or shame. These are often subconscious, but if we embrace what is, we resolve these lower frequency anchors and allow something higher.

Healing occurs at deep levels. There are so many things you can do physically. You can change your diet or use supplements which can create a temporary relief and make you feel better. But for people with chronic illness, they don’t create a resolution. Why? Because they’re still in the same frequency. They are still carrying the same pain, judgment, repression, and fear.

True health is about embracing all that is – whether it’s medication, diet changes, or lifestyle changes. If you find yourself in a never-ending universe of “more” resulting in more challenges and more heaviness, you’re not accessing the possibilities that may be available for your healing.
So, where do we access this? When you shift the resistance you’re in, solutions will appear. Life is a reflection of where you’re resonating. Life is gives you a reflection of where you are and who you are. If you’re resisting what is, always trying for something better, you eventually meet a place where nothing works. True resolution only occurs when you choose to embrace what is and meet your pain, shame, and fear, instead of avoiding them.
How do we stop resisting and invite change? Be willing to come into a higher frequency than where your illness exists.
