The FASTEST Way to Tap Into Your Wisdom

Many of us are walking around disconnected from the wisdom and guidance that is in our body. This can make us feel lost and anxious in our lives. We don’t know what to do so it seems there is no way out. We think things are impossible, but that’s just because we can’t SEE the possibilities that exist.

Here is an exercise to assist you with releasing tension in your body so that you open to receive the wisdom and guidance that is within you.

It also demonstrates how tensions, fears, and imbalances block us from receiving guidance moment to moment. Try this practice, and use relaxation whenever you notice fear, tension, or frustration arise.
