How To Move Pain OUT Of Your Body

So often, we spend so much of our energy trying to avoid pain, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional. We find things to distract us in order to avoid the things we don’t want to feel, but that energy gets stuck in the body and causes chronic pain and health issues.

—Here’s how to move pain OUT so you release that stuck energy!—

Pain can distressing, but it can also be really profound if you can be aware and move through the depths of the pain and intensity. If you can allow yourself to feel it fully and really embrace it, you can move through these periods of despair, pain, or grief more fluidly.

Your body knows how to move through this energy and release it!

When you resist pain you stay in a cycle of needing to do more to avoid it.
This leads you into fear or victim mentality, as that pain haunts you and runs your life!
You begin to think the pain is stronger than you, and that you will never escape.
Don’t buy into this.

Let yourself feel it with awe and appreciation for what it is. See if you can really embrace it and not fear it. Your body will guide you through that process.

We can become fully alive through our pain and despair when we CHOOSE to fully embrace it.
