MindBody Tools for HSPs (Highly Sensitive People)
If you’re emphatic or a highly sensitive person (HSP), your body has a lot of awareness and can feel the energy around you.
Are you one of those people? If you are, you’re not alone. Begin seeing things in a new light by releasing the old perspective. Let your body know the difference between your energy and all the energy around you.
Here are some ways to do this:
- Communicate with your body: Put your hands on your heart and take a few deep breaths to feel all the heaviness you’re feeling inside you.
- Let go of the things that aren’t serving you: Let your body know that it’s time to let all those negative experiences and energies go.
- Connect with the infinite essence of who you truly are: Celebrate yourself and just let everything go. Shake it all off so you can let your body know the truth of who you are. Feel the sense of lightness within you that is the truth of who you are!
Know that you are in charge of your body. You can either internalize and take in all the energy that your body is picking up or you can choose to let everything go and stay in total harmony.
