How to Meet the Darkness and Be More Light

Our true nature is light: joy, abundance, vitality, love….but when we suppress our shadow side, we can’t manifest that light in our lives. Especially when we try to heal, there’s a lot about resolving the negativity, but it’s actually by EMBRACING our darkness that we become more light and experience more of the nature of who we are. That’s because it’s in our nature to embrace and accept, rather than suppress, fix, medicate or avoid. Whether it’s depression, pain, anxiety, or illness, the dark energies can resolve when we simply allow them to move through!
