So often we think we need to “work hard” and “make things happen” in order to have the life we want. In fact, someone told me today they thought that I must have so much energy because I work so hard at it.
It can be frustrating when we’re integrating new things to not see results right away. Your body is responding to everything you do and there can be a lag time from when you make the change to when your body registers it and responds.
