    I’ve been sick for many, many years. I am a 45 y/o woman and I don’t know what it’s like to feel well. Ever since I became pregnant, is when everything started. Originally, I went to psychiatrists and thought and was told I had depression, anxiety. This then became serious sinus infections for two years, then severe migraines 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for many years and then I became to feel like my body was shutting down. I was told I have Lyme disease, many hormone imbalances including non-existent aldosterone, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, severe neck, back and leg pain. I have literally no life and cut myself off from friends and others. I have a masters degree in speech-language Pathology and I worked also as a preschool teacher. I don’t like the career path I chose, but I have always loved working and can’t now. I barely leave my house. I feel like a dead person walking around. I feel what a person who dies feels like when they look down from heaven and see life going on so easily without them except I’m still alive.! I am 5’4″ and have always weighed about 135lbs. I have gained 35 lbs. in the past year. I can barely even walk and participate in activities with my children. I have been doing a pulsed antibiotic protocol from my doctor but it makes me so sick and I’ve see no improvement, so I’ve decided I can no longer do it. I’m at a complete loss at what to do next and I’m lost and feeling a lot of anxiety and depression again. I would prefer not to live than to live this way.
    P.S. I assure you that I am not suicidal, I have felt this way for many years and if it were not for my husband and two children I would definitely choose to no longer live this way.

  6. thank you, this helped me calm this morning, i will add this to me self healing that i try to do each day, thank you again, i suffer with ptsd and anxiety but am trying everything i can to get better.
