If you are experiencing an issue with logging into our online portal powered by Teachable, please read the following carefully:

1. Login to our online portal here: https://mindbody-medicine.teachable.com

2. Login using the email address you used to purchase your program(s).

3. If you have not set a password, you will get another email prompting you to create your account. Please check your inbox (including spam folders) for this email and click the "confirm email" link if you have not done so already. If you did not receive the email, please go to the login screen and select "Forgot Password".

4. If you forget your password at any point, please select "Forgot Password" on the login screen

5. If you continue to have issues logging in, please contact teachable directly for support: https://support.teachable.com/hc/en-us

PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to assist with specific device-related questions such as how to find videos after they've been downloaded to your phone/computer. Please contact the support provider for your personal device for assistance with these issues.
