Is your “Happiness Set-Point” holding you back?

Have you ever had that feeling when everything starts to go really well that something bad is going to happen, like “the other shoe is going to drop.”

The Truth is, you ARE able and deserving of having amazing fulfillment and joy…but your nervous system may not be allowing it!

Your nervous system has been “programmed” to alert you when things are beyond the norm or beyond what you’ve determined is possible, allowed, or deserved.

When you go beyond that, it lets you know “something is wrong” so that you don’t enter uncharted territory.

The thing is, everything is completely fine. There’s no real threat.

What’s needed is to “upgrade” your system with new information and new awareness about what you’re really ready to let in!

This response directly affects your health.

If your programming says you don’t get to have that much fun, you don’t get to have things be that easy, life isn’t that good, or you don’t deserve that much love/joy/money/health….WHATEVER…it will automatically adjust things for you.

That means your immune system can shut down so you get a cold or flu…

Your pain pattern flares up so things go back to being difficult….or,

You are filled with a feeling of anxiety, so that would-be-happy moment just isn’t!

You are living the result of this set point in your health, your weight, your energy levels, your relationships, your money, and even your time!

      I’m familiar with Donna Eden’s work. Mine is very different.
      I work intuitively to release energies in the body that are holding you back, limiting your life, or causing illness. It’s very easy and typically after a session people have a vastly different experience, releasing pain, anxiety, and illness and regaining energy.

  2. Your video on happiness setpoint really resonated with me because I am the oldest of 7 kids, and when I was growing up, my Mom needed me to help her with my younger siblings. Even though we were very close in age and they were allowed to have fun, I was supposed to be responsible and felt alot of guilt if I abandoned my job to go be a kid and have fun. Now as an adult, I find myself constantly sabatoging things like going on vacation, manifasting a long term partner etc. My question is how does a person reset their happiness setpoint? Can I use tapping for that? I just love your posts!
