EFT sequence to release intense stress

I recently had a tribe member ask me:

“If fighting myself creates dis-ease and illness, how do I stop fighting my body when I don’t want to feel the way I feel?”

This is a hard one to do when you’re in severe pain, fatigue, or anxiety!


Allowing yourself to just feel the way you feel when you feel sooooo bad is the best way to release the stress and dis-ease.

This allows the energy to release more quickly.
